Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about the company’s services and resolving issues promptly.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Assist with processing client orders, ensuring that all details are accurate and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Service Support: Provide support to customers throughout their service journey, from initial contact to post-service follow-up, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring all relevant information is accurately logged.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s services and offerings to provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer service processes align with company standards and guidelines to maintain consistent service quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
